You can close this open-end by heat sealing, rubber band, bag tape or twist ties. The integrity of our layflat bags are engineered to outperform traditional flat poly bags to provide greater quality and consistency. This process begins with using 100% virgin resin which is involved in maintaining the integrity and strength of the bag. All our flat poly bags are independently tested for puncture resistance and load bearing qualities. Plastic bags are available in a variety of thicknesses (mil) with unique uses and advantages ranging from 1 mil to 6 mil. The mil refers to the gauge or thickness of the bag. For instance a 1 mil bag is fine for packing a sandwich for lunch, while a 6 mil bag will contain sharp objects like nails or jagged rocks.

All Gusseted Poly Bags are manufactured with side gussets and engineered with 100% virgin Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) resins. We provide two types of Gusseted Bags (on rolls and individually packed) as options. In addition we also provide heat sealable Poly Tubing. Such bags are used when products are bulky or have irregular shapes the side gusset of the plastic bag expands when the package is filled with the product. When compared to layflat poly bags, these plastic bags provide enough slack for the items that are being packaged. So if it is packing of boxes, bulk items, or irregular shaped products gusseted poly bags provide the best solution. Another reason for using gusseted poly bags is to allow the package to stand upright when filled with loose items such as screws or lose candy. The expandable pleat on both sides of a gusseted bag gives you plenty of expansion space for square, odd-size or bulky items that do not fit well in a flat bag. Other uses include box liners or economical protectant coverings. Gusseted bags give you a custom fit that protects contents from moisture, dust and scratches. Smaller bags are packaged loose in cartons.

Plastic Pallet Covers are used to cover materials on a pallet or as liners for holding goods packed in large containers. Large gusseted pallet covers are great for use as container liners or covers for equipment and pallets These Poly Gusseted Pallet Covers are perfect for light/medium/heavy duty usage. Pleated sides expand to the width of standard pallet; industrial strength polyethylene offers inexpensive protection. Pre-cut covers are perforated on a roll for fast and easy dispensing and they provide protection from dirt, dust and moisture. These covers are Ideal for outside storage.
